THE PROBLEM
Keller had traditionally run small ads in trade journals through their previous agency with limited response or effect. Media planning, creative strategy and execution were not creating business opportunities for the sales team.
THE SOLUTION
Following a credentials presentation we were appointed and having researched the target market and media we recommended a new approach to reach their target market.
Highly targeted direct mail was conceived and produced with a data capture mechanism along with supporting full page ads on the back cover of Building magazine as well as key positions in other leading trade titles.
THE RESULT
The ads received an unprecedented response a significant lift in brand awareness, new sales leads and even a call from the Chief Exec of a friendly competitor commending the new advertising.
The DM proved highly effective with a 12.5% response rate also leading to new sales leads and highly prized contracts.
