Mentus

 

Branding, naming, litertaure and website

Self-evaluation is now a key element of the Ofsted school inspection framework. Schools are required to complete and maintain an online self-evaluation form identifying their own strengths and weaknesses and the action being taken as a result.

Mentus is a suite of self-evaluation tools enabling schools and colleges that make this process an easy and painless process.

Initial discussions with the client revealed a mixed portfolio of brands with little or no synergy between them. The result was a confusing and dilluted product offer. Our strategy was to group and re-name a number of related products and businesses under one umbrella brand.

We researched and devised the name Mentus based on the latin version of Mentor, secured a matching domain name and created a revitalised business with a focussed brand and matching sub-brands.

A website was designed and built along with literature, displays and a Flash tutorial presentation.
