With over 100,000 shoppers a week, encompassing over 185,000 square feet and with a refreshed and updated interior, Regent Arcade is the major shopping destination in Cheltenham.

THE PROBLEM

Regent Arcade as with most shopping centres are constantly striving to achieve greater footfall and dwell time to support their retail clients. The current strategy and creative execution was weak and over complicated, resulting in a confusing message to the target audience.

THE SOLUTION

Appointed following a pitch to handle creative and marketing for their newly refurbished centre in Cheltenham, our strategy was to create a powerful and contemporary campaign using a fresh new brand for the re-launch of the centre which had recently undergone a major refurbishment.

The 'All here, all yours' campaign combines quirky contemporary black and white fashion images with the names of the stores in the centre to communicate the retail mix and the contemporary environment Regent Arcade now offers shoppers.

A brand new website was developed in-house at HTDL and includes our easy-to-use custom CMS. We also initiated a complete social media campaign and implemented email marketing through our Eshot system enabling the client to send our regular communication to their database and subscribers through the website.

The work can be seen in the local presss, outdoor media and on the streets of Cheltenham with our Lookwalkers promotional team.

THE RESULT

Following the launch campaign, Regent Arcade has seen a significant rise in footfall and dwell time. The website has seen a massive increase in users both through promotion in press, email marketing and social media.
