How do you ad synergy to a building estate to be able to market as a singular business proposition?
Appointed by JLL on behalf of Aviva to re-brand and market their Great Charles Street Estate in Birmingham to secure tenants for this landmark office development. The estate comprises 5 separate buildings each with their own unique architectural style, as such, we devised a brand that unites the buildings but also allows them an individual identity for targeted marketing.
The campaign comprised a a letting brochure, website, email marketing, signage, SEO and advertising.
The outcome? A successful letting and refurbishment programme that ultimately ended in an asset sale by Aviva.
