Following a competitive credentials and creative pitch process, HTDL was appointed as Geberit's UK design agency. The challenge

Delivering personalised digital campaigns

One of the most technically demanding projects involved the design and deployment of a large-scale email reward scheme.

The campaign required the generation and distribution of personalised reward statements using variable data, delivered to thousands of recipients. We designed and developed a robust email solution that automated the process while maintaining a highly professional and personalised user experience.
