Romford Homes is a new breed of estate agency, backed by a local, established developer of quality homes and run by highly experienced, motivated people.
We were initially briefed to develop a new website, which following discussions with the client resulted in a complete creative campaign to communicate the key messages that differentiated Romford from existing estate agents such as 0% seller fees and the promise of a 28 day exchange.
The 'all round better approach' concept was developed with matching roundel imagery, each carefully crafted from individual images that reflected the mid to upper end of the market Romford wanted to appeal to.
The creative was applied to the website, billboards, flyers, outdoor media and local press advertising. The website features big imagery with a Ken Burns animation treatment and integrated property feed showing live data from the Vebra management system used by Romford to negate data entry onto multiple platforms.
We also created the launch video and a digital presentation for the Microsoft Surface that the sales team could use.
In addition, we created a further website for the property development side of Romford,
mirroring the style of the estate agency site.
